Herbal Waves, LLC is a Portland, Oregon company selling dietary-supplement drink mixes directly to consumers through this website.
2. Products & claims
Herbal Waves is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements here have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary. Consult your physician before use if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a condition.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars; sales tax (where applicable) is added at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed. If a price is shown in error we’ll contact you before shipping to proceed or refund.
4. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save charges your card each cycle and ships every 30 days until you skip or cancel — manage anytime from your account or by email; changes apply to the next unshipped order.
5. The 60-day promise & refunds
Try Herbal Waves for up to 60 days. If it isn’t for you, email support@herbalwaves.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even an empty canister. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. One promise refund per household.
6. Shipping & risk
See our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered; if tracking shows delivered but it’s missing, contact us within 7 days.
7. Acceptable use
No fraudulent orders, scraping, or misuse of the site. All content and the Herbal Waves name and logo are our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question; we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The version in force when you order governs that order.
